I worked with Kevin in the Stanley Engineered Fastening business when he led our Asia region.  We were both on the leadership team and my capacity was M&A and finance.

Kevin has an exceptional skill for strategy development, HR/team building and being able to balance the short versus the long term.  Kevin built a fantastic team in Asia across Commercial, supply chain and within the functions that changed the sales and profitability trajectory for his business during that time period.  This covered both mature and emerging industrial countries.  He has a talent for bringing together  a diverse team, that crosses many cultures, for impact.  I look back fondly to the days when we were building the business together.
