It was a true pleasure and honor to work with Kevin as he built his growth strategy and his team across the broader Asian markets.  He consistently demonstrated an intellectual curiosity and challenging mindset which always led to the best executed plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.  We would travel to meet global customers headquartered in Japan, China and India who all understood the benefits of working with Kevin, his team and the tools and products he could provide to improve their businesses and make them more efficient and profitable. His leadership hallmark was developing and inspiring diverse teams to deliver exceptional results for their customers. Specifically by recruiting talent from a wide range of industries who had the ambition to grow their careers under Kevins leadership  and many have now gone on to bigger leadership roles both in and outside the company.  He also has an attention to detail that is critical given the broad geographic P&Ls he led so that he could often anticipate and plan for challenges or opportunities to exceed operating plans each quarter and annually.

Kevin also led the M&A initiatives with acquisitions completed in India and numerous strategic targets identified.
