Kevin was a leader with outstanding experience working with personnel that he fully entrusted in their decision making. He made every effort for people working with him to grow their knowledge and experience to accomplish their goals. While I worked with Kevin, I gained so much knowledge and his appreciation of the knowledge I had gained in the manufacturing world.
